Deposits, Booking and cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy for All Cutting, Styling, and Colour Services :

Thank you for choosing Root66haircare for your haircare needs. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for all cutting, styling, and colour services:

  1. Deposit Requirement:

    • A 50% deposit is required for all cutting, styling, and colour services.

    • Deposits are non-refundable but can be exchanged for another appointment if rescheduled with at least 3 days' notice.

    • Deposits must be paid in full before any appointments are scheduled. Failure to pay the deposit will result in no appointment being booked.

  2. Regular Clients:

    • If you are a regular client with more than 4 visits, a deposit may not be required.

    • However, regular clients who cancel on the day or no-show for any service may still be subject to a cancellation fee before further appointments are scheduled.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Appointments can be moved or canceled with 3 or more days' notice without incurring any fees.

    • For appointments canceled or no-showed on the day, the full amount or full deposit will be charged.

    • If you provide 2 or more days' notice for cancellation, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.

  4. Booksy Booking Policy:

    • Booksy bookings for cuts, styling, and consultations follow the policy where the platform takes the full amount for the appointment if cancelled within the 3-day period.

    • If you need to cancel, please contact the salon directly before using Booksy to cancel, as you may be charged by the platform, all booksy policy's are available to view on their platform as set by the salon. 

  5. Protecting Our Stylists and Salon:


      Please note at this time we do not offer refunds of any description. 

      This policy is in place to protect our stylists and the salon from loss of earnings.
    • We often have waiting lists, particularly for Friday and Saturday appointments.

    • By adhering to this policy, you help us maintain a busy yet efficiently managed schedule.

  6. Fairness and Compliance:

    • Refusal to pay the cancellation fee may result in being unable to schedule future appointments.

    • This measure ensures fairness to all clients and allows us to maintain a high level of service.

    • Root66haircare also reserve the right to cancel/ no show your appointment if you are 15 mins or more late as this means we can not service you without running late for our next client thankyou. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.
