Skin tests

A skin test must be done 48 hours or more before a colour appointment (unless you have one on file) (on file skin tests last 6 months unless you are a regular client) No show and late policy If you are going to be late please call ahead, please bare in mind there is a 15 minute grace period if you exceed this your appointment may be altered or cancelled. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be altered.

Please bare in mind I am usually fully booked and work back to back.

 

Deposits are now being taken for cut services with poppy it is a £10 deposit for a cut and blow dry. Deposits will be taken for colour services. A £25 deposit for colour services under £100 and a £50 deposit for colour services over £100. These deposits are non refundable but can be moved to another date and time as-long as 48 hours notice is given. These deposits can be paid in salon or via bank transfer on request. Graduate stylist policy’s When you have booked an appointment with chann you will be asked to fill out two forms, the first form states that your hair service is being carried out by an apprentice and is non refundable, the second one is to give a review on your experience with her.

 

Hair extensions Root66haircare does not take any responsibility for damages to extensions. When ordering extensions the price for the hair must be paid in full on booking so the hair can be ordered and checked prior to your appointment. If you have provided your own extension hair root66haircare is not liable for damages to the hair extensions or to the natural hair.

When no showing or cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment you will have to pay for the appointment that was booked in full via bank trasfer.
